Where does CurbSignal's market data come from?

Hudson County listings are ingested daily from a professional MLS data provider covering Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Union City, West New York, and Bayonne. The inventory refreshes every morning with new listings, price changes, and off-market activity.

Do you connect to my MLS / realtor board directly?

Not yet. The current data layer comes through our provider, not a direct MLS feed. Most agents find this sufficient — it covers the full Hudson County pool. Direct MLS/API integration is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. If you need your own listings included, add them via your dashboard.

What does CurbSignal replace in my stack?

It replaces the manual parts of three tools: your buyer tracking spreadsheet (automated matching), your CMA software (AI-generated with live comps), and your email follow-up sequences (day-3 nurture runs on its own). You keep your CRM, your MLS access, your preferred email platform. CurbSignal runs underneath them.

Can my brand stay on the emails?
